1998 Pace Arrow 36Z THIS IS A 37 FOOT 1999 FLOOR PLAN WITH DOUBLE SLIDE OUTS. This coach is in perfect working order with a 454 Chevy gas engine, Allision transmission, and it is used regularly. METICULOUSLY maintained! I just had a complete service done at SOUTH COAST RV of Chula Vista CA in the last few years I have had new graphics completely reapplied. Just put a brand new 16ft Awning on, reconditioned the microwave, and installed a Brand new AM/FM/CD radio. It has corrian counter tops, Onan generator, wood floor in the kitchen, oak wood cabines, and a microwave convection 3 burner stove. Nice, light color scheme throughout. Queen size walk around bed, very nice double closet. Fresh water tank holds 80 gallons, black and gray water hold 40 gallons each. Levelers are controlled from the drivers seat. Lots of drawer space in the bedroom with a dirty clothes hamper, it is a basement model with LOTS of storage in the basement. The shower is good sized with a skylight and seat to sit down. WONDERFUL!
